RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Items purchased through our website must be returned within 30 days after purchase for store credit that never expires or refund to original payment method ($5.95 restocking fee).
Exchanges are only eligible for a new size in the same style. Once we receive your original order, we will begin your exchange at expedited shipping. Store credit will be emailed in gift card code.
STEPS TO RETURN/EXCHANGE:
Please fill out our form to the right with your order number.
Once received, the product must be in like new condition with no visible wear, tags attached. Items being returned/exchanged must be in new condition with tags attached and free makeup, deodorant, or any stains. Only then will a refund be issued (minus handling fee).
Please note:
• Customer is responsible for all ship fees on returns and they are not refundable.
• Returns may take 7-10 days to process.
• Undergarments must be worn when trying on product.
• Products that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted or refunded.
• If a product is not re-sellable, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
